Trading Card Condition Policy

By purchasing any trading card product from Toise.shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Card Condition Policy.

CARD CONDITION

All raw trading cards sold by Toise.shop are sold as collectibles and game pieces, not as professionally graded items.

​

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all raw cards sold by Toise.shop are considered to be within the Near Mint (NM) to Lightly Played (LP) condition range.

Cards may contain one or more of the following imperfections:

* Edge whitening
* Corner whitening
* Minor corner wear
* Surface scratches
* Surface scuffs
* Print lines
* Roller marks
* Factory defects
* Centering imperfections
* Minor dents
* Minor discoloration
* Manufacturing imperfections
* Packaging-related wear
* Storage-related wear

 

The presence of any of the above conditions does not constitute a damaged item and does not make the card eligible for refund, return, exchange, store credit, or compensation.

GRADING DISCLAIMER

Toise.shop does not guarantee any grading outcome from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, Beckett, or any other grading company.

​

Customers purchase raw cards at their own discretion.

​

The following are not valid reasons for a return, refund, exchange, chargeback, or dispute:

* Card does not achieve PSA 10
* Card does not achieve BGS Black Label
* Card does not achieve BGS 10
* Card does not achieve a desired grade
* Minor whitening
* Minor scratches
* Print lines
* Centering issues
* Factory defects
* Surface imperfections visible under bright light or magnification
* Subjective opinions regarding condition

Toise.shop makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding future grading results.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credits, or replacements will be provided for:

* Raw trading cards
* Sealed trading card products
* Booster packs
* Booster boxes
* Collection boxes
* Promotional cards
* Trading card accessories
* Any item opened after delivery

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and photographs before completing a purchase. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

A claim will only be considered if:

* The wrong item was shipped by Toise.shop, or
* The item suffered substantial shipping damage during transit

Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

* Clear photographs of the item
* Clear photographs of the packaging
* The order number

Failure to provide the required evidence within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE CLAIMS

Toise.shop reserves the sole right to determine whether an item falls within the stated Near Mint (NM) to Lightly Played (LP) condition range.

Toise.shop reserves the right to reject any claim, refund request, return request, exchange request, chargeback dispute, or condition complaint that falls within the scope of this policy.

By placing an order with Toise.shop, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

* Trading cards are collectible items and may contain imperfections.
* Raw cards are not guaranteed grading candidates.
* Card grading is subjective.
* All sales are final.
* No refunds or returns will be provided for condition-related concerns.
* The customer accepts the condition of the item as described at the time of purchase.
