Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, and hobby items, all sales made through Bilbiltoise are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
>Single cards
>Sealed products
>Graded/slabbed cards
>Collectibles
>Accessories and hobby items

This policy helps protect both collectors and the integrity of our products against tampering, swapping, resealing, condition disputes, and fraudulent return activity. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
 

If you receive:the wrong item, or an item significantly damaged during delivery, please contact us at amazonenglobal@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

> Your complete name and order number;

> Clear photos of the item;

> And return reason

 

Approved cases will be reviewed individually within 3-5 business days and may qualify for replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Minor manufacturer imperfections, print variations, centering differences, or packaging wear common within trading card products are not considered defects.
